If about the post with the 11th letter being ‘T’, the 25th letter being ‘V’ and the 36th letter being ‘H’, I am aware of it. Holding information as revealing does no favours during phase with strong lynch targets.
This is how it played out from my perspective
Step 1) Chief announces I am mafia (With Bious) and I must be lynched, because if we don’t lynch a mafia then we lose right away
Step 2) I get on Chief for being Mafia, and taunting me along with leading the game winning Lynch for the mafia
Step 3) I double check the math, and realize he was way off. We are nowhere near lynch or die time.
Step 4) I back off of the “Do or Die” time mode to take a more clearheaded look at the situation; still think Chief is Mafia but it wasn’t the situation I previously thought it would be
No, he couldn’t. If he was confirmed night 2, the only time he coulda been recruited was Night 3; which we know that Vynce was the recruit target that night, making him another confirmed civ at the moment
(Unless you’re assuming they can double up on actions, which due to the titans ability to allow a double kill, can’t be the case)

That’s true Pimp, I forgot to consider that. They killed Awegustus & attempted to recruit Vynce (now that we have confirmation we know that’s what happened) so there was no recruit left to potentially nab Alpha.
@Hecatom can the Mafia attempt to recruit a member of the Mafia? If yes, would it appear in the writeup as an unsuccessful recruit?

Essentially what you just said is… “The Chief thinks we’re about to lose… is that true? Nah, let me check… false alarm guys we’re good”.
Aside from the fact that I stated we only have 2/3 bad lynches left, the need for you to double check the severity of our situation alone is alarming enough.

What happens if titans try to recruit one of their own? Will it be reflected in the writeup that the recruitment was unsuccessful?
@Hecatom if you haven’t made a judgement on that, please do bear in mind that not having that be the case leaves in place your original, intended consequence of a failed recruit, which is giving the civs the benefit of having a confirmed civ in that person they tried to recruit.
On the contrary, what I said was “Oh shit, we’re going to lose if I allow him to lynch me, which is exactly what he wanted… let me check the math… nevermind, if I die we don’t lose. Carry on.”
There’s no way I was going to roll over like a bitch and take a lynch to cause us to lose, which is why I got aggressive. Then I calmed down and realized if I do get lynched, not the end of the world, the game goes on, so I didnt feel the need to go in as aggressive.
I also apparently am the only one not convinced the mafia has blindly recruited successfully night 1 and 2 (we know they failed night 3)

Are we locking on Denise? I know you said you think we should lynch him, but I ask because you’re leader, and want to make sure that if we are going this route, we dont get split between him and me down to the wire with people not following the thread as closely.
I mean its pretty clear he’s mafia, unless he is just meaning to say he “Votes” via pm but he used a very specific word.
If he is a starting mafia, there’s a 2/3 chance he is either the night titan or the day titan, in which case protecting the walls for this day vote becomes a very good idea. It just exposes the walls tonight for a double kill tomorrow, unless hes the double night kill titan. Your post made it seem like you werent in favor of using the wall protect during the day, but it might be worth discussing the option

With my track record, Im toxic. Me being suspicious and pushing you could just lead to you not getting lynched. Nobody else wants to be suspicious of you, so pushing it is futile. You’ve done nothing wrong – because you’re smart. You’ve observed and made great reads – only for the mafia. I don’t think you’ve contributed anything to the civ cause yet.
Best case scenario is you’re a dormant, in my book. Worst case, you’re mafia.
If you’re not mafia, then its probably Bious. Dude skates under the radar like almost no other time and time again.
