To be fair, civs have the advantage of hidden roles. Forge could add a role or two that wasn’t originally in the game to make sure that there’s balance on both sides, in case she decides to go with thirty players. I’m confident that the game will be fairly balanced, either way, however.

Alright; I’ve made my decision:
If we can reach 30 players by May 23rd at 9 AM (when the confirmation PM is sent out), then we will have a 30 player game with 6 mafia. If not, all players >25 will become alternates.
Don’t worry about balance issues. I’ve made the necessary arrangements to balance out the game in the case that we do get to 30 players.
