oh and for anybody who wants to see WTF-AKUMA-HAX pretty much explain his ‘ask lots of questions to fit in’ theory, go find the mafia chats from when him and I were mafia a few games back (I think the vampires/werewolves game???). I’d find it myself, but I honestly just don’t have the time to sift through mountains of shit on my iPhone to find it.
on the plus side, tonight is my last 12 hour shift for a couple days, so I get to read more after tonight.

The problem that I am having in this game is that so far all of my reads have been super wrong, and now I have lost confidence in them so I don’t want to continue to look really stupid by advocating for civ lynches(Trusted AC, was 100% sure that OZ was mafia, suspected synonym). The reason I was able to do some pretty sweet things in that hunger games game was because I had perfect information so I was able to plan with that knowledge. I’m pretty sure that I would be doing a lot better if I was a mafia or had a role like detective this game, but I don’t so I’m a bit lost on what to do now.

That game I made dang near 0 posts. Nobody got to talk in the game thread, if you weren’t in the PM teams the civ had and in the exclusive club of role cards that got put in town hall each night. Unless you forgot after you got found so easily then didn’t follow the game anymore.
GM’s might want to be asked if you can even mess around in PM’s, since we can’t stop people from posting after the deadline, what’s to stop anyone from posting in there and communicating, and maybe one GM on this game isn’t in there anymore.

RF, I think you might’ve missed my post where I locked in for Oerba, and you’re merely one of about five suspects I have. It seemed odd to me that you’d get frustrated by that… You are too good of a player to have that reqction, unless so,ething was up. Honestly, until this whole exchange, you were about #5 on my list. Since then, you’ve been rising. Looking at this objectively, I don’t understand your frustration.
I know when I’m mafia, appearing on a suspect list makes me have an “oh shit” moment. You can’t fault me for looking for that behavior in you.

The frustration began when you echoed MP’s suspicion of me. However, you cited nothing, and that implied that you agreed with his suspicion of me, which was that someone from Team Texas (SAD, Forge, and myself) was Mafia because he felt that we wouldn’t have all gotten civilian three games in a row. There’s no logic in that, and he even admitted as much, and you of all people blindly follow it. You’re supposed to be the logical guy who’s good with the numbers and you’re agreeing with someone who openly says “This group of related players hasn’t gotten Mafia in a month. One of them must be Mafia this game”
To top it off, you’ve been acting off all game but you’re protected from any dirt that might cause because you said you’d be playing this game differently. I can’t even call you on not being present in the thread cause I’ve had to be gone for days at a time too. It’s just a really stressful situation from my point of view, thinking you’re dirty but not having good evidence and not being able to cite really any evidence because I’ve been as absent as you have been.

You think that one of Team Texas is Mafia, say that your suspicions will be cleared when someone you believe turns up civilian, mention very little about SAD, consider Forge very clean, and still suspect me because someone from TT must have gotten Mafia after 3 games. I’ve gotten civilian enough in a row for all three of us, so if you were to utilize gambler’s fallacy then it should at least be against me, not a group of people based on geographical location. Anyway, you can’t respond to this so it’s not really a discussion, just a rant. We’ll talk later.
