Return after the lynch, and immediately only talk about the reasons behind who just got Mafia killed at night? I know we’re having different kind of phases here where you can’t react to the lynch, but how many questions do I need to ask you to figure out what you thought about Aidebit, especially when you just let him get wrung up and placed no cards on the table or joined either side of the debate.
Did you already talk to some people about Aidebit? And hence have some reasons to need to showup to answer things (drop a line of thinking) for Exodus immediately instead?
So, to all of you who forgot AlphaCommand is still on the table, can you give a reason why he shouldn’t he lynched?
I’m curious, because he would’ve been lynched last phase is just 1 or 2 more people would’ve openly supported it.
@Aidebit - I understand your confusion, but I’ll explain it to you in the LL. I’m a dead man walking. Maximum days allotted = 5. Mafia is taking a gamble letting me roam free. #shittalk#provemeright
I’m a big fan of lynches that will exonerate or condemn a big name. Bious and I want AC gone. @Mafia, will you help us or not?
It says that he chooses a member of the Mafia to perform the night kill. This means there’s a suicide bomber role on the civilian side, or possibly a tracker role.
Public Service Announcement: In the first Marvel VS Capcom 3 game there was a role that could kill one of the players with the two lowest post counts.
Like yesterday avoiding a tie is my priority. At the moment I’d like to hear more out of Alpha and Oerba this day phase. DukeC as well. What do you three think of OZ’s post in nighttime? Do you think it was intentional, that is was an accident, that it was a test and he was pushing his luck that he wouldn’t be DQd?
Alpha, do you feel confident you’ll survive today with Chief & Bious gunning for you? Bias & Chiefy, could you guys re-elaborate on what specifically you want to lynch Alpha for?
Lemme re read the thread later, but bious and chief are on my trust list, so I will hold off my OZ vote until I can decide whether I will hop on the AC train or not.
Did anybody else feel odd about OZ like I mentioned, or am I reading too much into it?
I believe that he legit missed that you couldn’t post during the night and got screwed over by the “fluff” posts as he’d call them. But then again this is the same Oz that pulled off the fake edit shenanigans in the previous game.
Oh you. I’ll be on the lookout for your OZ condemnation. Your account of things in this game so far has been quite interesting. I don’t have a read on OZ yet.
AlphaCommando has sure simmered down since his name came up for a lynch. Maybe he’s working on a big plan that’ll bag us some capcoms. (For the fans.)
Maybe. So far, RF doesn’t look like mafia. Alpha pushes for his lynch, and it’s not supposed to be suspicious because it’s (lolz) just what he does. In and of itself, it doesn’t seem like much. But it’s something.
WTF- There was a game in which I followed the mafia kills by speculating about why they probably killed who they did. I almost died for it. You remember the game.
Nor do I. But he came out of the gates tryin to orchestrate EVERYTHING and that set some flags off. I bring it up, and he just ninja vanishes. Never brings it up, and throws out that dumb banable post during night.
I think Kaz/PW saved him because he is mafia
Lol naaaa. Still smug this game. Definitely hidin SOMETHING.
This shouldn’t even be a question. There can’t be anyone that genuinely believes that OZ would premeditate something like that. That was clearly OZ being OZ. He did say in our game night that he liked being able to get away with the ‘village idiot’ thing, but I don’t believe he would’ve done something that idiotic with malicious intent.
I still don’t believe Bious has any resemblance of a case against me. The Chief has even less. I was genuinely convinced that Bious was testing me last Day phase by trying to scare me into voting someone other than you, but him calling for the Vigi to kill me pretty much disproved that theory.
Shit’s hard when you don’t know if there are any secret roles. For now, I’m going to assume that we only have the roles specified on the first page. But at the same time, I can’t. I did have one plan that involved role-claiming, but without knowing what Mafia have up their sleeves, the plan is too risky.
I’ll have to think about it, since people give you a lot of credit and during some of that stuff they all thought you were guilty, taking that to the grave with them, when I thought another player was more about who ended up dead than your pushes.
But why would a complete wallflower, missing the entire vote ending and yup bandwagon, be so inconsequential about a legitimate player of the game just got wiped out for nary a real reason?
I’d hate to join Aidebit and both shake our fists at the silent majority over here, knowing that his kind of playing will get you killed, like where do I go from here (when he’s my kind of player). Especially on that invisible trust meter thats more like a seesaw to me. Did I not bring up Fuzz’s day 1 lynch enough for people to remember? That was only 1 game ago.
My fault for no vote counts to gather and call up silent people to vote as the phase was going to end. Certainly a huge list of no votes this time, kind of a new thing even for a day 1.
So either that was a slip of the tongue and you meant to substitute one of their names into that post, or you didn’t finish your suggestion on purpose to make it look like Chief was suspecting me all along. In which case, since my name has not come up in any of Chief’s posts, this either means :
A) Either you or he are Head Detective/Assistant Detective and are exchanging PM’s on suspects to investigate, starting with his initial list
B) That was a genuine slip of the tongue…or
C) Neither, and that you’re fixation on me is causing you to make mistakes you would or wouldn’t normally make
JB sending someone else to kill Exodus has no weight on the possibility of mafia having a role block and using it on Exodus. That part of my theory is due to me referring back to the sign up thread where Kaz stated that we’ll have to rely on clues posted in the writeup.
Though now I get the type of bomb role that someone mentioned previously, I think it was @Synonym
I have no idea on what to think about OZ’s post. I think the post was sufficiently long enough and he could have stopped in between writing it that he just hit Post Comment and lost track of time IE An Accident. I can’t get a good read on it, as I don’t now his usual behavior in games such as these.
If I seem to be more aggressive/curt than usual it’s because my living situation has come to a head and I have to decide on going to the military or getting kicked out. Trying not to take my anger out on you guys, but it seems like I’m going to be extra blunt today at least. I need a good laugh
Guys, we’re reading too far into the OZ thing. From the few games I’ve played I can already tell he’s kind of an idiot who usually won’t read what’s blatantly posted on the first page. I digress though.
The fuck happened with the aidebit lynch? There really wasn’t any reason to cast suspicion over him, that vote list will probably fuck over more than a few people if we can follow through with it. SAD, you’re gonna need to come out with some sort of defense. You’re looking like a pretty enticing target. Same with pie, that “offer” on day one was fishy as hell.
As for my thoughts on the OZ slip up, I think it was OZ being OZ. It didn’t strike me as a ploy or else I think Kazilly would have DQ’d him. With that aside, I need to see more from OZ before I’d condemn him. That goes for a couple other people that have done/said something striking and then dipped out. *
Right now it has it’s pros and cons on speculating why the mafia killed Exodus. I have more to say on the subject but I still need to observe a couple of things. *
