@Bious both factions promoted last night, it was their only option. Hopefully the Vampires promoted Soviet, but there’s no guarantee. His list seems moderately dirty, but since there are 2 Mafia factions he wouldn’t necessarily have to give up other Vampires.

About me saying it was game over? if that’s what you were talking about, I was just thinking about how bad the situation could have become.
