SRK Mafia XI: Vampires Vs Werewolves - Game Over: Town Wins!

agreed, I’m not asian, so discussing statistics is redundant

Wait, where does it say that the names of the people in Town Hall are publicly declared, because that would put a stop to all of the discussion of the mayor and his role…as a matter of fact it would almost make the mayor the same as a townsfolk in terms of worth

Intuition and deduction might be used when deciding who to lynch, but If you have a chance to cause hindrance to a situation you would otherwise have no other control over then why not take it.
Now when it comes to lynching, the earlier issue of who would confess to being infected comes to mind. But luckily it’s not something that we would have to worry about day one, seeing as how no one can become infected on the first night.

The math in this thread is frightening. Can’t connect to SRK with my phone, which according to some of you might actually be a blessing.

I need to go back and look at some of the early pissing matches and figure which were typical day one idiotic accusations, and which were monsters trying to create dissention in the town.

Grade 12 Math was ages ago, but don’t you need to involve factoring into this equation?

Just trying to get some clarification as to whether or not the name of the people in the town hall are going to be publicly declared at night or not. I’m about to sleep and sift through all of the nonsense again when i wake up

@pietastic thanks for talking through that for me. Multiple occurrence statistics always screwed me over in skewl

@3rdSTRikeLOVE I thought it had been clarified earlier in the thread somewhere, but now I can’t find it. Weird. He’d still be very useful however, since his ability can limit the abilities of Vampires & Werewolves. However, it’s a double-edged sword since he’s actually more likely (until bites) to block our roles

I summon thee PW (and/or anyone who finds a post that answers this)
Will who is put in Town Hall be made public information in the “end of day phase” writeup?

lol how do people not know who the mayor is? There was an election and everything!!!

Bloody communists :frowning:

It will be,iirc

@Pietastic flesh out a total compliance scenario in your head. Let me know if you change your mind. For now, I concur.

I’ll do what I ask if you and let you know if I feel differently thereafter.

Grade 12? What the hell kind of education system do you have over there?

@Vynce: I have. It’s not complete, but each condition of monster actions and our responses reaches a stopping point that is unsatisfactory.

@alphacommando was a little premature in calling me out for soon the monsters’ homework for them, but in this case, I have to stop before I let something slip.

“for doing.” thanks, autocorrect!

Guys, I know this is confusing, but I answered this exact question already in this post:

Bolded for emphasis

Oh right, and I already locked in my lynch vote, and I’ll be gone for pretty much the rest of the day phase, in case anyone would be wondering what the hell may be up with my vote.

Checking in before work

There are 6 pages already. It better not be useless banter, Martians.

Missing Person I didn’t think of that, hmmm a civilian getting bitten should seemingly have no reason to keep quiet about it as you said the counter claim by werewolves or vampires would be dangerous to them. As it stands I’m not seeing what @pietastic was talking about saying “think a few steps ahead” just seems like a vampire/werewolves way of getting us civilians to not cry monster when bitten but maybe I actually am missing something here.

@radicalfuzz indeed in can be that you truly don’t want to get screwed over by @vynce like before however, considering how big of a del it was in that game it’s just as likely you could use that to secretly team up with him without any of us civilians batting an eye when you two happen to always agree with each other.

Also you are the one who doesn’t understand because I clearly said I knew there were 3 lovers couples I only communicated the idea of somehow trying to get all lovers to find out about each other and form an orgy or something.

Hiding in plain sight, even being brazen about it is a hallmark of mafia strategy.

Reasoning?

About the whole initiate/convert thing, if somehow found out to be bitten or claiming to be bitten, a potential werewolf/vampire would logically claim to be a role-less cured civilian so that they can’t “prove” their innocence by displaying their power. But, eventually that would mean a lot of people role claiming role-less civilians and that could get very messy fast, but work out for us civilians if we keep an eye out for who starts it and when.

It’s are enough keeping all the roles straight in my head, but to think of all the variables and permutations of their interactions is currently driving me insane, like is the mayor more helpful or harmful to us civilians?

Role claiming as role-less civilain is detrimental to civilians this game because essentially lovers are immune to being converted so why help mafia weed out who is ripe for conversion and who’s not? This automatically makes me suspicious of pietastic as he’s done exactly that, although it could be a rookie mistake too.

Also remember guys PW chose roles at random this time, so that makes it even more likely that we’ll nail a mafia on either side on our wallflower hunting!

That’s something.

Uh… For who?

Anyone else have this feeling that Azure has the Vigilante role again?

Protect your necks civs Azure is going to go full Villager on us like it’s Smash Bros 4

My argument is as follows:
1.) SoVi3t voted in order to kickstart the day phase lynching about twelve hours before it would be over.
2.) He voted for Dark General, due to how his posts stand out.
3.) He wasn’t required to vote at all, and Dark General always posts like that.
4.) Therefore, his reason for voting, and who he voted for are wrong.

I don’t have suspicion on anyone else and I’m about to go, so I voted him. Nothing personal.

I will admit that most of it is based on a reasonable mistake, however.

& vote ends 9 am Wednesday.

So you still have time if you will be busy for the next 18 hours, pardoning a bit of that for sleep and workday of course.

So some early game, 1st time playing jitters?

Nineties posted that right after you, story and voting deadline was a few posts down from the opening post.
