Technically no, but everyone knows their role and allegiance.
Not reading a clarification of one role != Not knowing how many Mafia there are
This is going to be an interesting game. I really hope you’re civilian and I’m just over toasting my bread. Exhibit C:
You claimed you’ve followed the thread, but you missed this, just like how I missed the clarification of Oowada’s ability. The hypocrisy we’re both showing is actually kinda funny.
First off, I do this all the time. Hecatom in the PW game, with you in the All-Star game, and I was civ in both of those games (Curse you RNG gods!) However, this game I didn’t put a vote on you first. After my observations you said you would vote to lynch me until I was dead or confirmed. You want this to escalate into a big deal; that points towards non-Mafia behavior. However, you’d mentioned yomi and that got me thinking. Wouldn’t Mafia hate to be in a constant big argument with a civilian, a player they can’t control? It would logically be something they’d want to avoid. But if you were Mafia would you do that and expect me to realize that you wouldn’t want to do that if you were Mafia and think I’d come to the conclusion that you’re civilian? And now we have Mobius’s favorite acronym, Wine In Front Of Me. Any argument for logical civilian behavior in X situation can be countered by “What if he expected me to do that and is actually Mafia?”
In the Phoenix Wright game I was going after Hecatom day 1 but let up cause my reasons turned out to be stupid, and he wasn’t lynched. The All-Star game I delayed my suspicions of you (and that was to get a reaction out of you in the first place) and you weren’t lynched. Also of note, you didn’t vote to lynch me in retaliation. Now, if I’m going in on you again in this game, why do you suddenly feel threatened enough to cast a vote against me? After all, I’ve never gotten any of my “crazy day 1/day 0 suspects” lynched so, historically speaking, you should be fine. One thing that could’ve changed, however, is your allegiance. The control of your actions was when you were Civilian, but this time we don’t know your allegiance yet. So why do you want me dead so badly?
Side Note: I love this game. You can play it with the same people multiple times and it doesn’t get stale.
I had to clarify that because originally, the game was ‘recruit 1 or be assigned 2 random’. It then changed to ‘recruit 2’, so when the numbers changed, I thought ‘recruit 4’ might be a bit OP and GR might’ve made it something like ‘recruit 2 + 2 randoms’ or something.
Well I was going to make a list of people that had maintained radio silence since the Valedictorian went live, then when the Mafia roles went live until the game started, but I’ll have to do it to here now.
Small chance the answer was, Mafia killed a Mafia (extra help for the civs who start maybe at the disadvantage after roles are taken to join Mafia team), but with a game so crazy
There’s two possibilities:
a. I may not have considered it since the Mafia didn’t pick Togami and I just need to BS something and never worry about it again.
b. I’m answering the question because the Mafia did pick Togami and you guys should know what you’re up against because it’ll be important in the future.
In other words, don’t look too much into the questions. This can be replicated with any other question somebody asks.
What happens if Fukawa uses shut-in and Kirigiri tries to investigate her? What result will Kirigiri get? If it’s inconclusive, is there any other way Kirigiri can get an inconclusive result?
If you’re in the old game and want to play, leave the old game. You can only be in one lobby. I can’t get into the old one for whatever reason.
Game starts immediately when 10 players enter, so if you have to leave, click “Leave Game,” so you’re not pulling a The Faggot in a chat based game if it starts while you’re gone.
EDIT: I’d like to encourage @BTierBison to join this, so he gets his feet wet a little bit in the mafia game format.
