Honestly, Joe has as much chance of screwing this up as Nova. If he misdirects tonight and Nova decides to wait until tomorrow, that’s it for the Capcoms. If he expects this and saves it for tomorrow and Nova does it tonight, that’s it for the Capcoms. The next two days are going to be a rock-paper-scissors game.
kaz probably got outted cause he was pushing too hard at the right people. Fudd will be gone by the time anyone sees this. Another thing to look at is Nick… His nonchalant attitude and lack of input could be a direction that he’s Nemesis. For a player who’s contributed absolutely nothing thus far, it’s like he doesn’t even care whether he’s taken out because I think he gets to take someone else out with him, thus a win - win for him.
As far as Sovi3t goes, him and kaz always seemed to argue with each on this game, and I think because he didn’t say anything towards me he probably knew I suspected him on something and couldn’t directly say so without fear I’d be taken out. He’s another who’s been very passive this game - don’t let him slip through the cracks. By always claiming he’s playing Injustice or some shit.
Don’t forget, Nova has two chances to guess who Magneto is. Even if we narrow it down to two people, that’s enough confirmation for Nova to make a safe vote. By the end of today, we should be certain about one of two people being Magneto.
Only if Capcom night kills count as a night ability. Will need confirmation from @SWBeta. If so, Nova and She-Hulk target Magneto tonight. Joe can’t misdirect both.
It could work in a pinch to take out Mags, but could it possibly nullify major damage in Nemesis Level 3?
Like, his level 3 says at night that it only auto activates if he’s picked in Nova’s Call To Arms. So what happens then? I guess it may activate in this situation as well, and it take out She-Hulk. So we oughta get Magneto out tonight, figure out who Nemesis is, then have She-Hulk defend him. Now then, any time that mafia goes for night kill, they have to be careful not to hit She-Hulk, or we’ll. know. EVERYTHING.
I don’t see why we’d bother protecting Nemesis. Here are the possible outcomes for both Nova and She-Hulk targeting Magneto:
Nova takes out Magneto (with or without Joe using Misdirect on She-Hulk)
Joe uses Misdirect on Nova, we vote for She-Hulk the next day.
Nova takes out Magneto and Nemesis, Capcoms get an extra kill that night. If Capcoms manage to kill She-Hulk that night, during the write-up, SWBeta has to make it so that the Capcoms kill She-Hulk after Nemesis kills Nova and Magneto (Capcoms try to attack, Nova’s Call to Arms activates, Nova, Nemesis and Magneto die, then She-Hulk dies).
I don’t know how I’m going to sleep with all this excitement, but I’ve got uni tomorrow. I can’t wait to wake up to 5 pages of text.
Hey MP, wouldn’t it be better if Nova votes with everyone else? There’s more than enough people left for him to vote with the group and possibly get off free than risking letting the mafia pick who they are and having a 1/3 of a chance getting it right (after today).
Sorry I’m just trying to wrap my head around what you said. Everyone, save for three, vote fudd. Nova is one of the three. Now who’s to say that the other two or at least one of them are Capcom, now they know that Nova is one of those people. I think it’s better if he votes with everyone else on Fudd since there’s a small (very very small) chance of mafia guessing who he is by looking at that vote.
