NIGHT 00 - NEUTRALIZATION
It was dusk, and the votes had finally come in.
great cow lord knew that he was going to be the first sacrifice to the game of madness that was being played between the Capcoms and Marvels. He impatiently tapped his feet as the vote counter was finishing up the vote count.
“I know it’s me, so let’s cut this nonsense already.” He said.
“Shut up and wait.” Cee Dizzy said. “You brought this on yourself for pointing fingers first.”
“But at least I got the ball rolling. I wasn’t being a wishy-washy pansy who couldn’t tell right from left. Not everyone can be a man of action.” great cow lord replied. “Being the first to go is an honor. It means I had the balls to say what you spineless fools wouldn’t even dare think.”
“The counter is done.” Missing Person pointed out.
“great cow lord, you have been voted to be lynched by the people of Marvel’s last bastion. Any last words?” the vote counter asked.
“Get it over with, already. As long as Marvels win, I don’t care if I die.” great cow lord answered.
“In what manner are we to execute him?” Bious asked.
“We’re using the repaired Sentinel.” AlphaCommando responded.
great cow lord was strung up and lifted high off the ground by a crane. His body was moved to the front of a Sentinel’s face.
“This is on all of us, so we all have to push the fire button.” kaz said.
The button was very large. Enough for about 50 people to push at the same time. Everyone found a spot to put their hands on, and everyone held their breath. You could hear some hearts beating as time seemed to freeze. Then, almost as if everyone had come to terms with what they were about to at the same time, they pushed the button in unison.
The Sentinel powered on, it’s mouth opened up, and out came a laser large enough to engulf great cow lord’s body. There was nothing left.
“So, how do we tell if great cow lord was a Capcom or not?” BullDancer asked.
“Look above,” SSRagna pointed.
High in the dusk sky, the words could be clearly seen.
“How is that possible?” NoodleHead asked.
“After the Capcom invasion, some of Dormammu’s magic had been studied, reverse engineered, and re-developed as part of the bastion’s defense mechanism. If programmed correctly, it can tell us certain kinds of information.” WTF-AKUMA-HAX said.
There was a long silence as the words remained displayed in the sky. Finally, someone spoke.
“It’s getting late. We need to go to sleep.” Redbeard said. “Lock your doors.”
The Marvels all retired to their abodes for the night.

So basically the big actions happening tonight are the Mafia kill, The Taskmaster kill, and the Ghost Rider kill (that is if Task or Ghost choose to kill.) The Medics could get lucky and save a target, but I feel that isn’t going to pass unless they get extremely lucky.
wow, I woke up at perfect timing…if by perfect timing I meant “3 hours after the cutoff, but in time to see the outcome”.
I had 2 smokes and 1 poo while reading all the nonsense these last few pages. Couple of things
- people need to stop being hostile just because one little question about them pops up. Sometimes people are just fishing for clues.
- SWB allowing two people to stay in the game after edits makes me wonder if either (or both) could be mafia. Losing 2 mafia to edits would pretty much seal the game, so was this inadvertently a huge ass mistake by SWB?
- OZ worries the living shit out of me. His entire post about pointing fingers at him makes you mafia, literally screams mafia. That and his wild playstyle this game. I don’t wanna claim he is mafia, but if he walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.
- With so many roles this game, we may need to push em in the right direction. I made a hella risky move last game, and it worked, given the smaller group and setting. I seriously doubt anyone else could pull that off as well, or fortunately. Even worse, I worry about somebody taking out one of the pros in this game on a whim. I at least took out somebody with no avatar lol.
- was GCL no role? I cant remember if this game we reveal roles when people die or not.
