There sure will. Everyone that wants to be in the Loserâs Lounge (or Shinigami Realm as it shall be known from now on) should like this post.

Okay, here are the official rules of the All-Star game. Any objections will need to be voiced in the next 11 hours. After that time has elapsed, Iâll choose Light using a RNG, who will then have 12 hours to make any pre-game decisions. After that time, Iâll create the All-Star thread and PM everyone their roles.

-There are 10 players with 1 starting Mafia, 1 Detective and 1 Medic.
-Roles:
-Light Yagami: Mafia
-Misa Amane: Day 1 Mafia Recruit
-Teru Mikami: Night Mafia Recruit
-L: Detective
-Near: Medic
-All day lynches and unlynches must be bolded and/or underlined in order to be counted (i.e. Lynch: Ben Perkins).
-All night phase abilities must be PMâd to me before the write-up of each night.
-Unlynching and changing votes is allowed.
-Self-lynch votes are allowed.
-No lynch votes are allowed.
-Mafia are allowed to target themselves for the night kill.
-Once killed, civilians have 12 hours to submit their Last Gasp. After submitting the Last Gasp or after 12 hours have elapsed, the player will be
added to the Loserâs/Spectatorâs Lounge, known as the Shinigami Realm.
-If you are roleless, you can request to be a specific character in the write-up, provided itâs not the identity of one of the five roles. All requests must be PMâd to me before your death write-up and the character chosen does not have to be from the Death Note series (Vynce ;D).
-No PMâs are to be sent between players unless both members are Mafia.
-No messages are allowed to be sent after the write-up has revealed your death.
-No editing of messages is allowed.
-All votes must be submitted before the write-up in order to count. There will be no penalty (no disqualifications/bans) for missing consecutive votes.
-Basically, no loopholes and donât do the normally banned shit. 
-During each night phase, L can choose one player to be investigated. If L chooses the player with the role of Light, Misa or Teru, L will receive a result of âGuiltyâ, otherwise it will return âInnocentâ.
-During each night phase, Near can choose one player to receive protection from the night kill.
-If Near protects L or Lâs investigation target, L will receive a result of âInconclusiveâ for their investigation.
-Light can prevent one player from receiving a last gasp (or two if he chooses to use the spare Death Note, see below). The prevention must be PMâd to me before the write-up of the respective day/night phase.
-Light starts the game with a spare Death Note. The Death Note can be used for the following purposes:
-The Death Note can be exchanged at the start of the game for an extra Mafia member (Misa Amane). Light can choose which player will take the role of Misa and Misa will be informed of their identity at the start of the game.
-The Death Note can be exchanged during any night phase for an extra Mafia member (Teru Mikami). Light can choose which player will take the role of Teru, but if Light chooses a player with the role of L or Near, Lightâs identity will be PMâd to the player.
- The Death Note can be exchanged during any day or night phase to prevent an extra last gasp of the player that dies during that phase. The Death Note must be exchanged before the write-up in order to take effect.
If Iâve forgotten anything or youâd like to see anything adjusted, added or removed, let me know within 11 hours.

Maybe Iâm just stupid or wish the rules were kept to be really simple to not have any confusion.
Can someone clarify for me what AC meant in the rules about the death note? The way itâs worded, Light has two death notes during the course of the game based on a âspare death noteâ. Do I understand that correctly?
Or should it just be worded that the initial mafia member only has one death note to be exchanged for one of three options?

Ah, sorry. So basically, Light uses his Death Note to submit night kills (gameplay is as normal, this only affects the story).
The spare Death Note represents the one of the three choices that the Mafia can make (recruit at the start of the game, recruit during a night phase or block an extra last gasp).
So yeah, the three choices and the starting last gasp block are the only âspecial abilitiesâ of this game.
Please include former Mafia game players as various NPCâs every once in a while if possible. Within the series and world is fine so it wonât be too complicated like even giving us the choice on characters that youâre giving the people who are dying. Iâm sure we donât need that much of a shoutout and time devoted to anybody not even playing.
For example, Light learning what a Death Note is at the beginning of the series/game and using it to kill random criminals he doesnât know. He writes down âBen Perkins,â some asshole prison inmate he saw on the evening news and somewhere out there Ben dies and maybe the world is now a better place. Kill that Magnus early before he disappears and ruins everyoneâs day by proxy. Although its killing him way after the time that it could have helped anybody in games Ben Played, its still a form of delayed Justice! And it adds to the flavor of the game for everyone to enjoy, being able to see their name or the names of infamous players like Ben be a part of the story.
Or perhaps various detective dudes and staff working on the police taskforce trying to solve the case as it goes along (like weâll be doing in the Loser Lounge) could be pretty cool if those arenât all just taken up by the actual players who arenât Detective/Medic.
Or a good choice in your opinion for Lightâs dad? the police chief or whatever he was. Who somehow raised a murderer of a son and got everyone in this mess! See, overall just some fun things to consider there to maybe help if you get writerâs block if you need a name and something to write about without having an idea at the time. Not required at all, just a friendly suggestion to consider. & I guess someone dying might want to claim Lightâs Dad so they get first dibs on really important characters like that.
If the recruit happens mid game, will it be reflected in the write up?
If the mid-game recruit dies before Light, the write-up will say that Teru was lynched. The write-up wonât say when heâs recruited.
<3 this idea so much. It also explains what you guys are already in the Shinigami Realm too. Iâll try and make sure everyone in the spectator PM gets into the story. Anybody want to create a list of infamous players to get killed by⌠surprises? ;D
