Got damn, I dont really even wanna post the video of my first match. I dropped EVERY fucking combo, forgot to ultra after jMPx2, fucked up scissor kicks (hurray for cLKx3 into…nothing), focused then dashed away rather than finish the FA…basically everything you can do to hand a match to him. I hate mirror matches with Bison, even more so against Wong. On the plus side, although I didn’t record it (cell phone died by then), I did do a hell of a lot better in the second set against him (took a round, and had him down to 25% health or less each round). I recorded him beasting a fuckton of people though, although it’s not the greatest quality, if anybody wants to see the vids.
He barely ever used DR except at round starts, to build meter, or to escape certain attacks. NEVER used head stomp. Randomly picked his ultra (seemed to go with U1 most of the time though). He pretty much just fucked people’s day with sHK and insane SK pressure. Once in the corner, he seldom lets you escape. Sits right in your face, and fucks you gently yet firmly. I asked him why he didn’t try to empty DR into throw, or cLK, or PC into the corner for a fast reset, and he just said “I don’t like letting people out of the corner ever”.
He lost one match the whole night, after going well over 50-0, when somebody counter picked him with Guile, and got lucky as fuck.
