y’know, it would be great fun if there was NO censorship for names on Live and/or PSN. I’d love to see what kinds of names and profile info you’d see from people if there were no rules or threat of getting banned. You’d see good stuff like people going by “LookAtMyPenis”, or “WhoahitzTheButtHoleSurfers!”, “RapeYou”, “HolocaustLOL”, etc. etc.

Apparently MS either forces people to change names or they do it themselves… I remember there’s one guy on my friend list I know that previously went by “Tha Nigga Jase” or something like that, and it got changed since someone might take offense to that, I guess. That’s the thing with this panty-waste society these days… so many people are so soft because they’re just waiting to be “offended” by something.

hmmm… I wonder if something like “White Power” would get banned? Those 2 words are really harmless, but together there’s an obvious negative connotation there… on the flip side, I wonder if someone else could then get away with the name “Black Power”? Ha, I’m suddenly reminded of the old days at the arcades, when you just had 3 letters to enter on the “TOP SCORES” screen of most games…and of course people would enter “ASS” or “COK”, “FUK”, etc. I hated it when some games would auto-censor it away though.

I’ve seen some kinda skate under the radar though… I was once playing a game with someone by the name of *well, I probably shouldn’t mention it, as “they”(the powers that be over at MS/Live) might somehow be watching, and I wouldn’t want to get such a great name caught by Microsoft’s apparently heavy-handed censorship on names and profiles.

JULIE BANDERAS just appeared on Fox. This instantly puts me in a better mood. She still holds the #1 spot in my rankings of hot news-women. The real question is what wouldn’t I do for a piece of Ms. Banderas?

Hah! There’s a new Victorious ep on right now. The episode is playing out like a parody of the old Breakfast Club movie. The dude who was a cop on The Hangover is playing the principal. He’s quite funny.

In the meantime, I must say the female cast has just gotten hotter this new season (as predicted).
