The reason that it wasn’t such a big deal back then has to do with the rhythms of the game. In A2, much more of the playing field is useful. Yeah, you can try to run away and whiff for meter, but your opponent has options to deal with you from afar and you can’t expect to get away with it for very long. The gameplay didn’t stall just because the characters were at opposite ends of the screen.
Nah, I’m dead honest about only playing male characters, or at least not playing chicks with booty shorts/big tittays/short skirts. If a game’s got at least one dude with a military/boxing/chinese martial arts motif, I’ll give it a shot.

speaking of UMVC3, i re-watched SCR 2011 and i noticed something. when showing the players between rounds/sets the camera man would always zoom out or pan right a bit so that SherryJenix was in the shot. real talk if there was anybody i’d feed a bowl of my doodoo to, it would be that guy. also how tall is MINE? when he was playing Noel Brown and they both stood up to shake hands i think he was ‘eye height’ with Noel’s navel.

Battle Raper 2…heard about in passing even saw some videos of it. Looked garbage to me so I skipped that shit. However I’m familiar with the work of the company that made it though. Sexy Beach is the shit. But since you’ve said all these nice and wonderful things about it maybe I should see what the fuss is about and verify your claims.
