Why is it that when I do speedtest.net I get 20-25 mb/s download speed, but when i go to speakeasy speed test a second later, i only get 7-10 mb/s? And like i’m on youtube, and the video stops every 45 seconds or so to load, so I know I’m not getting freakin 25 mb/s dl speed. WTF is the frakking deal?
