And yeah, I agree with that. In athletic sports, the rules are based on what’s humanly possible. Unlike other competitive games like chess or something, athletic sports have a balance between strategy and just raw athleticism. When there’s a freak of nature playing the game, you see crazy slam dunks and tackles, which is great for non-fans or casuals, but you see less strategy because it isn’t necessary to win. If Clark Kent played sports, he wouldn’t have to run pick-and-rolls or play action passes or whatever… he just has to fly to the goalpost. And that screws the game up, and usually forces rule changes that make the game worse. There will always be crazy athletic players, but I can see why fans would hate a guy who became a freak through artificial means.

I loved baseball as a kid, up until the strike in the mid 90’s, I don’t remember why, but that strike did me in as a kid like finding out that Santa was not real.
Baseball is too damn slow to me. Like football except with less commercials.

I like it, but the battery has me somewhat concerned.
I might return it and get a Fascinate, and just root that puppy to get 2.3 esque capabilities (because the big V STILL hasn’t updated their Samsungs to 2.3).
Or would rooting this puppy (once I get one with a good screen) alleviate the battery problem?

one day when i was in the gym, i saw a dude break the calf machine. it is kind where you sit down and point your toes forward against weights. he put it on the maximum and started using like a seated leg press machine. slamming the weights on the way up and down FAST. the chair broke (a piece flew off of it and it jerked backward at an unnatural angle) and he got up like nothing happened and kept did some different exercises.

This thing has such raw power but I haven’t rooted it yet. Will probably do it this weekend. Gotta get Titan Backup first. I heard rooting it does alleviate some of the battery problems since you will have way less Verizon bloat
