My cousin died Friday morning at his apartment from natural causes. He was only 21. Way too young. His death is yet another intense wake up call to myself and everyone else that it is important to enjoy life because even if you are in good shape, don’t do drugs, etc etc, you never know when life will end so be sure to enjoy it everyday while you can. RIP Mark. 1990-2011.

NBC is showing the latest Indiana Jones. Indy’s standing what appears to be too damn close to a mushroom cloud to somehow not get obliterated. Same with these groundhogs who have 3 appearances to this point. Nope, just shower him off, and for the rest of the movie not once get a checkup for any damage from radiation exposure. Oh, and aliens. This movie sucks too. Lucas ruins everything.

It would make sense if it wasn’t so damn hard to follow up the Nazis; than and the fact that the was no real reason to make a new one except as a cash grab. When you look at the aliens, you can’t just be like “lol Lucas.” The movie still deals with the religious aspects of a culture, it just so happens that the culture worshiped people from out of the planet. Communists not making good villians was more of a problem than the aliens. Oh and fuck the atomic bomb.
Its not even so much the idea of Aliens in an Indiana Jones movie, its the god awful execution of the whole thing.
