Get an emulator, and the rom, and play it immediately. This is without a doubt, the best turn based RPG ever to exist. I go back and play it again every few years, and that’s very rare for any game (only other classic games I play routinely, is FFIV, FFVI, Chrono Trigger, EVO Search For Eden, and Double Dragon (Happy 25 anniversary!!!))
I like the part where he said “WHOOMP THERE IT IS”. Ahh rap hasn’t been good in decades.
People actually try and say that the new Willy Wonka movie beats the original? How? I haven’t even seen it and I know that’s not true.
Yeah ,the book is awesome. Dahl has an awesome writing style that’s perfect for kids. Charlie & the Chocolate Factory was the first novel I ever read and I’m glad to have done so as a kid, but I think James & the Giant Peach stuck with me more. To this very day I remember KNOWING what the old man’s breath smelled like as he gave James the magic potion. That, The BFG, The Wiches. All of his stories are awesome.
Sophie Marceau’s only flaw is that she’s not sitting in a coffee house with me, futilely attempting to suppress her uncontrollable lust for me.
The new one was pretty good imo. I personally can’t say I prefer one over the other since it’s been forever since I’ve watched either, but I recall rolling pretty hard when Depp yelled at one of the kids calling them “MUMBLER!!”
Welp, the XBOX live account got hacked Monday, I didn’t even know it until this morning. Good thing my credit cards weren’t linked to it. I guess that’s what I get for trolling that kid the other night in MW2 who threatened to hack my account
My mother is the only big Dark Shadows fan I know. She’s appalled by the tv spots for the movie.
Burton’s Batman films were awful, speaking as a big Batman fan. JS’ were only about as bad, IMO. Of the 4, 0 felt like authentic Batman films.
Tim Burton’s best movies were Nightmare Before Christmas (thanks again for ruining everything, emofags) and Big Fish. The latter is a hugely romantic, funny movie starring Obi Won Kenobi (E. McGregor). It’s great, if you haven’t seen it. Tim Burton’s movies are always a little too creepy/weird for me, with a few exceptions.
I was talking to a Tim Burton fan the other day (my pot dealer). I was telling her how I dont really like any of his movies. Then we started listing some of his movies. Turns out I didnt realize he did so many and I like most of them. I seem to have liked just about everyone one that we listed but The Nightmare Before Christmas.
From what I get, that soap opera Dark Shadows was a pretty dark show. Not suppose to be a comedy or campy in any way. Thats what my dealer was telling me as she watched the show when she was younger. She’s still hype for that movie (I have no interest) because she’s a big Tim Burton fan and she has a major hard on for Johny Depp.
I started looking into Xbox hacking to see how the snot-nosed lil scriptie did it, but there is a vast desert of useless information on hacking Xbox. Instead of cactus, this desert has 10-yr old l33td00ds thinking they can hack the Gibson. And everything can find on my usual, legitimate channels is far too advanced for what I’m trying to do (corporate espionage, hiding illegal files, covert communication, etc…).
I find it sad that there is soooo much more useful information out there about how to REALLY hack and do real world damage, but our gaming systems are highly proteced through a haze of FUD, DRM and user stupidity.
Disclaimer: I realize that the target demographic is children, but I highly doubt that’s the case in reality, frat boy broheims.
