Sriracha is decent. a little sweet for me…but it works well on most chicken/pork/some beef. as long as it’s not that wack tobasco sauce. there are better tasting mexican hot sauces for other stuff like pizza (sriracha is not that good on pizza).
I have about 15 different hot sauces at home. I always have 2 sriracha bottles though. that shit makes simple chicken nuggets GODLIKE. hotdogs too. and other chicken. and some already spicy pad thai. but I prefer the spicier deeper and less sweet flavor of other sauces depending on what I’m eating.

most greens i’ve had are cooked with meat (eg ham hocks, turkey necks, ox tail, etc…) so it’s more about all of the flavors that the greens absorb than anything else.
straight up, boiled and cut collards and turnip greens are still on point to me though. i can’t fuck with kale and cooked spinach literally makes me gag.
i’d kill for some overcooked veggies. the only veggies you’re getting in korea are pickled or doused in mayonnaise.

Ugh. I was “forced” to stay up all night again, though at least the early midnight hours were some mitigated by finally catching Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, which I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would, and practicing in MvC3.
I only just now got down with transferring all of the stupid iTunes stuff on this computer that isn’t mind over to another computer. It probably would have gone a lot quicker if I had used the larger flash-drive and hadn’t been cataloging stuff, but meh. It’s nice to do something productive thoroughly.
Other than that, I’ve mostly been listening to old music that I know have to transfer over to either this computer or the laptop (or both). I forgot how excellent some of files I thought I had lost were, like [media=youtube]S5vKw1V9kjA]“The Edge of Soul”. Watching the [for Soul Edge again just makes me both sad that I never permanently owned it and that the Soul Calibur series has gone to such shit.
