Galatic phantom in 98 was so retarded. A toe tap from that in mid jump from the regular version was half your life. I love how it sounded like that dude was saying that “I’m tired of YOU” when he did his other gattling punch.
RB slide double kick would also be nice, I usually used Rising Tackle over Power Dunk when I needed someone to get the fuck off me. Terry sure does have a lot of moves.

God I hated fighting your shingo in '98UM lol. I want Yamazaki, Oswald, Blue Mary and the grapple dude from XI but SNK took the lazy route and did the EX characters.

I feel like I was going to comment on something else, but all this KOF XIII talk has distracted me.
I really want to be interested in that game even though I can’t afford to play it at present, but between the whole Custom Combo-esque system for it, the radical changes between the console version & the arcade version and more DLC character bullshit, I really don’t think I can; Kensou seeming so different doesn’t really help, even if it’s nice to see him get more “respect”. It’s rather sad, especially hearing about how bad the online supposedly still is.
Also still said to see that Chizuru is not one of those DLC characters. Gods, it’s like SNK hates her but made her too important to the plot/fighting Orochi should he ever pop back up to just outright kill her off.
Makes sense with how long he’s been around.
I had to go to the front page to get to the KOF XIII wiki to see what he’s missing in that game. Kinda weird seeing he’s missing Power Dunk, but, like Buster Wolf, I imagine that move was more popularized by the CvS series than anything else.
Then again, I never really used Terry in the few proper KOFs I’ve played.
