The only way I would work at a religious company is if there were literally no other jobs to be found.
It’s a private school. They are entitled to fire teachers who don’t meet their moral code and they can prove it.
Applies to the students too. The Christian high school that I went to would give you the boot if they found out about any premarital sex going on. The same hanky-panky that happens at public school happens at private school too, people are just more on the DL about it.
I remember my mother looking into a private school for my brother and one she looked at wanted to be able to tell us what we could and could not watch on tv at home. I laughed in the dudes face and botched our chances lol.
