I used to do it all the time as an adolescent, you know how east coast Latinos are. Shit, I still have Latino friends who do it and they’re in respectable careers. I just lost the taste around 12 or so. The more I learned about its origin the more I was disgusted by the word and baffled as to why blacks now use it to address one another. But that isn’t my fight so I stay away.

I closed it last night after it got necrobumped again given that a) I was tired of it getting bumped, especially since it was mostly bumped by idiots/trolls, and b) it was needlessly confusing to people like specs who might not have know it was a poor attempt at a cruel joke/death-wish. The latter point was what convinced me to finally close it given that the unfortunately real death thread for Yusuk_The_Detective that I stickied is still currently at the top of GD for now.
If people genuinely want me to re-open it for some reason other than a cheap laugh, then I will, but otherwise given stupid shit like what Kireek posted is what always bumps it, I’m probably not going to do so.
