The thing about this rape situation is that these people lobbying for possible victims are saying things in the stupidest way and don’t realize it. Unfortunately the other side then fights against the stupid shit they said but don’t address the situation. These entire needs to be changed to “Rape reports need to be taken Seriously.” Everything else gets taken seriously but this hasn’t for a number of years and leads to issues. See, that’s something that everybody can universally get behind. Cops aren’t taking your rape case seriously? Well cops just think that black skin means target practice, so we know they are terrible at their jobs.

Unfortunately they want rape accussations to more or less turn into automatic convictions because they don’t understand how the justice system works. As shitty as the judicial system can be a lot of times, it’s pretty nice that the government has to go through the trouble of making up evidence to convict you as opposed to just giving you that one way ticket to jail. Its somewhere between hilarious and pathetic that the loudmouths of that group don’t fix their message and make themselves to look like morons about such a serious topic.

The biggest problem with the whole rape accusation thing is that now too many people are using it as a weapon. There are far too many horror stories of guys getting dragged out of their house, thrown out of this place or that, losing jobs or just straight out getting beat up and killed over a simple accusation of rape, not even an actual conviction. Look up Jion Ghomeshi or the now infamous 'Mattress girl". That’s just two of the latest. These guys may not be rotting in prison, but the damage done to their professional and personal lives is just as real. People like Laci Green just use the hysteria to their own advantage, usually for money. Them and their mindless followers make me long for the return of the crotchpunching mountain goat. His brand of justice was quick, funny, and final.

Jian Ghomeshi even though he was aquitted is a horrible example to use. If you look at the details of the case that was a question of what is sexual assault vs him raping women. And the reason he was so easily aquitted was the people accusing him couldnt get their stories straight and make a joke of our Canadian Justice System.
