I’ll give away 1 gem. I think the way to bring pogs back is to aim at the nowhere cities. Small cities. Bring only just 1000 dollar grand prizes (well, way less. maybe one thousand gp on 3 major tournies or something). You hit like 50 of these cities, and the buzz will get poppin quick. As ive traveled, i realize that companies just focus too much on large cities, because its easy, safe, and guaranteed. But if you starting something from the bottom up, i think you need to touch these parts of america that are just ignored. They dont even need to be bum fuck though. Nashville has become a mini tech city in Tennessee, but its still generally overlooked by most of america.
Like, why would you start a food truck in houston, queens, or wherever. You need to go to the biggest city in Montana, and fucking profit like crazy with authentic mexican tacos or some shit. People have too many big dreams these days, but dont wanna start small.
