Speaking of implicitly gay things like football, this whole “Manti Te’o hoax” thing is kind of surreal in both the attention it’s getting and the “truth” behind in it. It says a lot that I’m less ready to believe someone was gay for him over the Internet and lied to him rather than that Mr. Te’o himself just lied from the get-go and is now getting other people to cover his ass.
Also says a lot that I still get caught up in such inane “news” drivel as much as I try to avoid it.
Oh, so that Valentine’s Gay script I got in the mail was real then? Shit, I thought it was a hoax, partly because the tagline was “In the story of the love between two men, women are still victimized.” Then again, it did say it was from Lifetime…
Anyway, you’ll have to clarify whether you want to me treat like a cheaper whore or just get you a cheaper gift. If this movie is to go on, then I want Lifetime to only have to make up 90% of our true story rather than 99% of it. You know, since their movies take so much effort.

Marvel 2 is the only fighting game I really care about (though I love watching the rest of the trinity, CvS2 and ST). I tried to give 3 a chance. It’s fun for doing neat little combos in training mode and the trails and thats about it.

THANK YOU! I don’t think people understand that Smash has the same fundamentals and is a very technical game. The speed and precision this game is played at on a high level rivals Marvel. (The real Marvel) In Smash every hit box for a normal has a distinct property and there is so much improvisation based on your opponent’s percentage and directional influence. You can’t just grind out a combo.

Oh I’m aware that they probably don’t have much say if any, but even having a slight amount of hope is easier than having any negativity towards it.
It also helps me to know that there won’t ever be another game like the trinity, so I try to just enjoy what we have now without trying to compare them to the old or getting sad because they aren’t the old games.
If I want a game like the old ones I’ll play the old ones.
That said, I love me some kof13 and skullgirls for the new games. Sf4 is pretty good and marvel 3 is fun.

ah, dammit… see, the success of my “Marriage” plague last time, I forgot that I was trying out “Casual” mode which is the easy difficulty setting! I must crush the humans on normal. The “Islam” plague almost destroyed the world on Normal though. It would be nice if there was more visual character stuff going on in this game, like small animations of people coughing up blood, getting progressively worse, and perhaps a little cartoonish design of what your virus/fungus/bacteria/etc. actually looks like as it mutates.
I’ve noticed the plague can also fail by killing off all the hosts…perhaps not enough points in the transmission options there. If this was out on Live Arcade/PSN I’d get it there too. Sheeeit, “Marriage” had it going on on basically every front last time… air x2, bird, insect transmission, water… and I kept it mostly harmless for quite awhile… by the time USA really noticed it and tried to start cure research, it was already too late… the whole country was red. Haha, I love this. Y’know, if an advanced alien species wanted to wipe out the human race, this would be such an easy way without even firing a single shot or actually being here to formally announce their presence. They could have it arrive here in a meteor that spreads something that lays dormant for a long time… and by the time anyone in the medical/science communities noticed, it would already be too late for all of us.
