I fucking hate servers. Back of House does all the actual work, gets no fucking tips, and slave wages. While servers do get a reduced wage, they more than make it up in tips. My buddy pulls in 3 fucking grand a month in tips alone, every damn month. They should just pay servers a normal minimum wage (i am sorry but your job is not fucking hard at all), and let the customer decide if they’re tip worthy. I never fucking tip anybody. I don’t get tips at my job, why the fuck am I giving you tips for doing yours??? Wow you brought me my steak and a glass of 2 dollar soda. Suck my dick if you want a tip
