I don’t agree with those tiers at all.
SC2 Mina couldn’t dish shit out at all. Maxi had gimmicky shit, but if you could control him, he was annoying, especially near the edge.
SC1 Hwang was so linear, that he was godlike in the beginning and slowly moved down the tiers until he was mid tier at best. He’s too… linear.
Ivy in SC1 was meh, because once you figured out how gimmicky she was, and that all her long range shit didn’t do enough damage, she was mid tier at best as well.

As I said though… There’s really no such thing as a Soul Calibur tier chart. It’s too arbitrary, considering there is no single character that has more good or bad matchups than anybody else. Everybody in the game is pretty much… 10-20% good matchups, 10-20% bad matchups, and 70-90% 5/5 matchups. It’s BS… But seriously, Hwang was definitely in the middle, as he was pretty much a 5/5 all around character with no bad matchups, and Mina just couldn’t deal with (in any game she’s in) side stepping. She’s too 2D for this game.

I think Mina was decent in 2. shrug

I guess I can see where you might feel that way about Hwang - it isn’t like he had a TON of lows… but he had 2-3 good ones, was quick, and had a throw game for DAYS. I still say mid-high.

My “Mixah” account was banned by Wiz because I posted up a picture of him with some shopped dicks on his face. This was on spite because I can.

J.scogz was hacked into, and I can’t access it. This wasn’t even my fault.

BKFST_Sausage was banned at first by BigWorm for posting up a gif that had a nip slip in it in the NSFW thread. This was a mistake that I made, that I don’t feel was worthy of a ban.
It was banned a second time by Pryde because I said a thread is stupid. I’ve gotten used to some of the mods now… and I’m not surprised by this.

However, after a couple of weeks of using Internet explorer 7 with no plugins…finding out Chrome does not need admin privileges to install is borderline orgasmic.

My palms were sweaty, some dude was mad because I cut him off when I was changing lanes, a female was driving too damn slow, I broke wind straight into the seat; hey dumbasses are you not aware you’re driving in broad daylight with your headlights on? Fuck school zones… finally I managed to get my car home. No more 1 hour and 20 minutes on foot to get to work. No more “Pollo Tropical is too far because it’ll take an hour to go and get back.” No more putting off the bank until the next day I work because it’ll take over an hour to get to the closest bank. I can actually reserve games at the GS that’s actually closest to me. Fuck Publix for being too damn expensive, now I can shop somewhere further but is cheaper. Finally got my set of wheels. It needs some tints though. I feel naked without them. The CD player doesn’t work but I gotta upgrade it anyway since I bet the sound quality is balls.
