If your going to talk about Goku Vs Superman then at least do the right thing and compare a comic book character to a comic book character. The Dragon Ball Manga has pretty damn good pacing and timing. The show pads it out for time because they kept catching up. They could make the show faster then he was releasing chapters so they would catch the fuck up and have nothing to animate. To make episodes longer they would make shit take forever to pad out time.
No it does not take Goku 6 hours to power up. It takes him fucking 4 to 6 panels.
