cheh, Nancy Grace has another good one on… I forgot about this one but she first covered the story quite awhile ago… basically, the guy and his new wife went on a honeymoon that involved deep-sea diving. There’s a picture of her at the bottom of the seabead as he’s floating back up to the surface. Y’know, sometimes it’s amusing to me when I see more and more ugly examples of what human nature truly is. There’s only a few great things about this species— the creation of great forms of music, art, and of course… the internet and video games. Every other aspect of the human race is trash. It doesn’t appear to just be “some” people either… nah, it’s probably safe to say that most people are …whatever negative characteristic comes to mind—> stupid, inconsiderate, extremely selfish/self-serving, short-sighted, lazy, entitled to everything (like a baby or small child that will cry and yell whenever he/she doesn’t get their way.), spineless, careless with regard to their own safety or that of others, the list goes on and on. I’d love it if I existed in some other world that was much better than this dump… keep watching enough things on the news and you actually start to feel embarrassed to even be part of this species sometimes. In this way, I can kinda understand that silly kid that wanted to be a super-saiyan for real and posted a video of himself “powering up”…haha, no way I’d actually do that though… I still laugh at him. There’s NO WAY he had an easy time at school after that video was posted…
Anyway, this is part of the reason I enjoy video games so much…it’s a nice virtual world where I can “escape”, like a modern “Glass Menagerie” kind of deal, y’know… good ol’ fasihoned escapism… it allows me to forget about how disappointing and pitiful this place is. I can pop into the world of “Amalur” tonight and hurl bolts of magical lightning at various creatures that were apparently designed by Todd McFarlane… or I could get back into the crazy world of Bayonetta and kill high-rank angels with stylish combos…or back in the days of SNES I could play the role of God in “Actraiser”. (still one of my favorite games of all time) The various worlds of fiction, particularly video games vs. Reality? No contest, folks… I’ll take the virtual world every time over this bullshit we’re stuck with here.

Why do people go to insulting others mothers?
Part of me doesn’t want to because I hate online passes and think that execs who insist on their use should be drug out into the street and shot, but the other part of me knows I’m a huge PC gamer, and haven’t been able to buy used PC games for YEARS.
In the end, I’ll probably wait on it to go on sale for about $20-30. Regardless, I need to get my ass a job first.
