But about your paycheck, that sucks. Try working for a company who takes in a bunch of government contracts yet when they paid you, your paycheck would always bounce-----------or you never got paid on time (by not on time I mean days later).
Whoa, a bouncing paycheck? I’d be storming my company’s headquarters if that shit ever happened to me. The worst thing that’s happened with my pay has been that they took about a month to get my direct deposit information entered into the system, so they had to send me paper checks.

I was interning with this company in the DC area back in 2004 matter of fact. I didn’t know they had financial issues etc. But they like a lot of engineering firms in the area had a ton of government contracts. However, things would always end up going wrong on payday. Like me driving 45 minutes to my job to get my check and finding out we wouldn’t be paid until maybe days later, or the bouncing paycheck. It wasn’t until I got my current job now where that job is a customer of ours who owed us money and never paid on time, how serious it was. But imagine interning some 500 plus miles away from home and your paycheck bounces and your account goes negative. Not fun at all.
