Reptile fight was just more raw, faster paced, but scorpion fight had the better set and the effects seemed more on point. It’s a tie for me. Subzero fight was ass.
Honestly if I were to make a top 5, Cage might have three fights on that list.
Cage Scorpion is my number one. Cage Goro moves around, and on a good day, Cage vs movie goons can sneak past Sonya Kano for the 5 spot.
The other two are naturally Liu Kang Reptile and Liu Kang Shang Tsung.
Anyway… I’m not surprised. If I didn’t deleted my old reddit account, the PMs I got on there were hilariously creepy. But, I think there’s a thin line between compliments and being downright disrespectful and tip-toeing around boundaries. I legit got harassed on the internet 8+ years ago. Dude that I was cool with got mad that I deleted him when I told him if he didn’t relax, spread my old cell phone online. Had people calling me at all times of the day, with people leaving messages telling me to kill my self, YT videos calling me ugly, etc. I remember calling Singular (rip) asking if I could get my number changed because I was getting harassed badly. They told me to just not pick up the phone. GG AT&T. A couple months past and it died down to nothing. So, I know what online harassment is and that shit is definitely not cool.
But, I have to agree with MP; if you’re on a site that you’re getting questionable comments, there are a few things you can do.
Ignore/block; what I normally do.
If it becomes too much, get in contact with the site admins, if it’s a forum and getting help to report incidents.
Leave.
There would be some who would say, why should I have to leave; they should cater to me? (hint hint) Well, hate to put it to ya but, we’re not special snowflakes. You either adapt, attack or remove yourself from the situation. If you choose not to and expect the world to change and bend for your needs alone, then you’re in for a rude awakening. Am I saying that people need to tolerate these sorts of acts? No, but you have to be vigilant in your own mental health and well-being, even online. If you’re in a space that is causing discomfort, why do you stay? No one is making you. That’s some abused spousal mentality and it ain’t a good look. And keeping them for the sake of them being interesting and to study them? Unless you’re doing a thesis or research about it, it’s equally and creepy to keep that sort of thing. It’s like an unnecessary reminder of all the creepy fuckers that lurk behind a computer screen.
People are only willing to allow the victim card to be played but so many times until it becomes tiring to deal with. No one likes a Boy/Girl who cries wolf.
Oh man this new episode of southpark, I like how they are hitting all the gg issues with the last two eps without actually having to be associated with it.
edit: They should do @raz0r how they did randy every time he doesn’t tip.
Omg but what if they did that during the civil rights movement or with slavery because those two things are TOTALLY comparable to posting on the internet, amirite!!!
Yes. Your feelings are more important than the well-being and humane treatment from individuals with a deluded sense of importance due to the genetic roulette. What the fuck was I even thinking? Ha, silly me.
Shit. I can’t even imagine how disturbing that would feel.
In regards to the Mia chick, considering the media has been touting her as a professional violinist, it’s been quite difficult to find pictures or video of her actually performing or even holding a violin. I find that weird because other female musicians/ artists at least have a good ratio of professional and model~esque photos.
Most of her images look like modeling photos or are provocative, not that’s any excuse for harassment, but it’s almost like a moth x flame scenario.
Por ejemplo, one of her previous social media profile photos:
