Was inspired by that one gdlk dad who had his kid play all the classic video games up 'til this generation of games, to instill an appreciation for the GOATs. There’s a local mom and pop game store nearby… I’m thinking of going and and buying a snes, genesis, etc and their classics and have my kid learn young.
Yeah, I can do all of it for free on an emu, but I want to support the mom and pops out there, and there’s nothing like playing the games on their actual controllers.
Depends really, but the memories that come with listening to it still hit pretty hard.

Of course it’s covered in the Bleach thread, but just as it should be---- Shunsui’s bankai is overpowered as all hell, and of course I am loving it. Overpowered stuff is almost always entertaining, at least to me.
On another note—someone at work has apparently been unloading either piss or shit on the floor of the women’s restroom…on multiple floors, actually… absolutely hilarious when I overheard a manager talking about it earlier. I’m just wondering if it’s piss or shit we’re talking about here. Of course one of the ladies on the cleaning staff was highly upset about it…one might say she was…pissed.

Got to mess around with the SFV beta a lot yesterday. It’s pretty damn fun.
I thought I’d be spending a lot of time playong Necali, but R.Mika actually got most of my attention. I never really used her all that much in Alpha 3 despite my preference for grapplers but she transitioned really well into this game imo. That V-Trigger is nuts too. Wallbounce her assist from full screen into an air grapple, assist combos ending in command grabs, white girl booty…I think I could get used to this.
She has some kind if instant kill move too, but I’m not entirely sure how it works yet. My goal is to actually land it in a real match someday. :devil:

You have to “charge” her V-Skill for about 20 seconds straight. After that, any and every throw will be an instakill unless you whiff it, then you’d have to do that V-Skill charging all over again.
Of course a Canadian uses store bought pepperoni slices :#
