Speaking of which, Concussion is looking to be a pretty decent movie. I have always been a fan of the more serious roles Will Smith has taken on, and this one looks to be tense.

That show was funny cause it unashamedly showed how political showbiz is. Dudes would come into the audition that the judges knew and theyd be like ah i know ur funny already ur in before dude ever had a chance to say anything lol

Everytime that they try to pull that on to me i explain in great detail while it would never be on the time they want, hell, i do it even for my colleagues. By now, they know that if i say that a project or whatever is going to be finished by x amount of time, is because i know what i am talking about. Of course, it took time to train all the big wigs, at the beginning they always tried to push for their derisory window times just to see that at the end it was just impossible.
I remember one time that my inmediate boss assigned a project to one of my interns without consulting me first if it could be done in the time he asked or if it would work.
By the time that i found out i went to his office and basically scolded him for being a dumbass for always accepting what the other areas asked without asking me or the other senior staff first, that what they asked and what he put the intern to do was absolutly stupid. After that, he usually has at least one of us on one of those meetings and ask us first, of course there are times that the bad habits show again. Like yesterday, i had to explain him again why what he and the other wigs asked was an absolutely stupid idea, and if he really wanted to push for it, that they should be prepared for a great fuck up that it would take at least 3 months of work to undone just because they keep making decisions without asking the staff.
I already documented everything so they know that if anything happens for trying to push this shit, it will be their fault.
On another subject.
Those idiots did it again, the project that i been working those last 4 months that it has been remade 4 times by now because they don’t seem to know what they need will be partially remade because there are some stuff that were never diclosed until now that they are testing it.
I need to see how this new stuff will impact the current scheme of work and if it wouldn’t need to have an existing module to be done from scratch
Guys, I’m setting up a meeting to discuss random stuff that means nothing. It is scheduled for 6am-10am on some day. E-mails will be sent regarding everything and you may e-mail back your response, but the meeting is still happening. Participation is manditory. No GIFs.
When they have the AC blasting at 60 below zero in a tiny office with flickering, dim lighting it’s like some CIA psychological torture. I’ve had to stab myself with a pen just to stay awake, especially if it’s a meeting after lunch.
Rugby welcomes you with open arms. The contact sport where they at least care about players and kick you out of the game for playing like a jackass. Super Rugby season starts in February.
Aziz is bearable on tv as an actor. His turns on bob’s burgers as needy nerdy kid is fine. Tom Haverford the self loathing indian guy? Also fine because of how goofy it was.
Now as far as joke structure and delivery? He sucks. Even my casual girlfriend got tired of him.

Got into beisbol this season, since the Pirates were godlike and I got to witness it first hand. I finally realized how good a game it is. There are early morning international games this week. Saw future Minnesota Twin Byung-ho Park drop a foul ball and ground out to second today.
I’ve watched some rugby before, it is awesome. Actually watched the All Blacks v Wallibies the other Sunday when my dad was showing off the “ADD Sports Channel” with like 6 boxes. I spotted it and turned the other TV over while the rest of the crew watched football.
I’ll try to remember to follow the season.
