She had the right to leave. I imagine he was handling the family’s finances. If he fucked up the family savings this bad, then he’s a shit spouse. Could he make it back? Probably. But after reading all the other fuck-ups he’s had in business there’s almost no doubt in my mind he’d just lose it all again.
Oh yeah, I haven’t played since around the time it was released, but that game has all kinds of interesting layers of fast-paced, on-the-fly strategy going on… it’s delicious. The balance they managed to pull off is interesting there, though I’m sure people are probably still complaining about how easy the Wraith destroys hunters…
I’d say the only reason the game is tilted in favor of the monster is because typically there is NO teamwork and communication online when random players are involved… I don’t even really mind because I liked being the monster anyway (heh, such a surprise there, I know). That “fast eating” perk may still be one of the best perks to have so you can at least be level 2 as quickly as possible. Once monster is level 2 status, it’s already quite an uphill battle for the hunters from that point on…and really, level 3 evolution should mean that’s instantly Game Over for just about any team of randoms out there. They may as well be a team of Jimmy Olsens trying to fight Doomsday at that point…though a halfway decent “Lazarus” is always a problem… that’s one hunter that’s always a concern. Heh, I know a lot of this rambling is basically “Captain Obvious” shit but I love this game for so many reasons. There’s all kinds of little details about it to consider in every scenario, like footprints, or making sure to not scare off a group of birds which draws hunter attention, or running through water to avoid leaving the footprints, or using certain abilities just for the mobility (leap smash) as opposed to just being for attacks, or thinking about where to spend your points right away or later on with the evolutions, and on and on.
I must get back into this… the new hunters and monster (BEHEMOTH!) are going to be available in another week or so if I recall.
