I dont get the options that link offers. I can have a set 7 day sleep schedule, because I work alternating twelve hour shifts. I’ll work 530 pm to am, nights, for 3 nights in a row, get a day and a half to alter my sleep patterns, then 530am to pm instead. If I work three days in a row I can often only get like 12-15 hours of sleep TOTAL over the 3 days.

Considering tipping comes after the service and is meant as a reward for commendable service, wouldn’t preemptively delivering subpar service due to the belief that you won’t be tipped well just cause what you feared?

If you have some kind of predetermined notion that I won’t tip you because I’m Black so you deliberately underperform, you do not deserve to get tipped in the first place for a multitude of reasons. Profiling and prejudice are among those reasons. You want a tip? Earn it. You want to be a bitch because you assume I won’t tip you, the end result is your fault and yours alone.
