See that’s the thing. I remember some fucko on the FGD boards saying “quality over quantity” in regards to the SF4 playerbase not even two years after it’s release. I’m pretty sure this moron was a 3S fan, whose American contingency has never been close to good at the game. The same game people were in shock in awe of Urien aegis reflector three years after it’s release. That’s why FGD is dumb. It’s forever tainted by stupid statements like “quality over quantity”, “more options”, “dynamic zoning” and mods banning you for being right.

Batman vs Robin was too damn good, Bats showing off some insane kung fu in this one, I think this animation has more straight up fighting action in it than the last few combined. Also zero fucks Alfred with the shotgun.
I completely understand all of this and without giving out details as to why I can understand it, here are some pro tips:

Get some therapy. You’re a survivor so for a good 90% of living things are great. Once you get to intimacy that’s where things get a bit weird (as you’ve mentioned). Eventually you’re gonna have to trust one person. Once you do that things will get a bit easier. You don’t have to be specific with people but, just how you did here is a good start. Either way there are probably weird things that make you jumpy for which others can’t relate and random shit that may/may not actually trigger flashbacks. So look for somebody with a lot of patience

Said person began relationships with the father figure well into adulthood. Just because you missed out on some years doesn’t mean you can’t have a good relationship with your father. Whether or not you choose to tell him the extent of it is up to you. That whole “won’t have a bond” thing is crap. My dad wasn’t stellar. He is actually the reason why I ended up in the U.S. After having some stuff sorted, he has been a pretty damn great father. Just because you didn’t spend your childhood with him doesn’t mean you can’t bond. Fathers are gonna father. Person above didn’t meet their father until well in their 20s; they have a great relationship. Spend less time thinking its weird and more time getting to know him. You probably have a lot in common with him (which could been one of the reasons why your mother took it out on you).

This whole Indiana pizzeria bombardment is bullshit. So the owners believe they have the right not to cater a homosexual, so what? I don’t agree with the business’s stance nor do I agree with any Religious Freedom Acts or Laws going around state congresses around the country. It’s also petty, has the ability to be abused, and poorly thought out just to qualm a voter base with irrational fears. I also don’t agree with trying to sabotage one’s business in the way Twitter has made popular because it is pretty childish. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. But the market will also deal with them if it gets out of hand. Think of popular NY clubs that went out of business after a couple of years because they tried to be too exclusive and when they were suffering couldn’t get anyone through the doors even when they had rock-bottom drink prices.

I kind of blame both sides for this. On one end, a lot of the new kids came in here in the most dumbfucky way possible; the other side of it was that outside a few notable exceptions, there were very few good attempts at discussing some of the higher level stuff. This is kind of the opposite of M:TG where people are discussing shit constantly. They do have the benefit of top players getting paid to do so but for the most part we aren’t even attempting to create it. What kind of sucks is that between gifs and webms, you could make some amazing tutorial articles.
Just discussing all the stuff you can do in training mode and how to set the things up would be well worth the effort. The really wacky shit has been hearing things like set play, midrange, neutral etc get used without proper context to them. Nevermind the fact that the term vortex got taken for a ride and fucked harder than a 2 dollar whore. Oh well.
Anyone who tries to call Vampire Savior the perfect game has never played the game and gotten any good at it at all. Probably would get bodied by my 4thdary fuck around character.

HL2 is worth playing. I like the story better. More fleshed out, way more characters. Maybe you liked 1’s story because it was so minimalist, two player-characters named Jacket and Biker, but I like where everything is going. It may not be as trippy as the first, I haven’t finished it yet so idk.
Jacket spawned ‘Fans’ that you play, along with a lot of other people, as in 2. Gameplay, music is about the same quality. Level design seems to require more planning (though I haven’t played 1 in a while so I could be wrong). I think animation took a huge step up, similar to the first but a lot more detail. Totally recommend it.
