Regardless, yes, I personally would count it as “fucking” because I use that (vulgar) word to just mean “have sex with” rather than “penetrates with a penis or phallic, non-finger object”. So I don’t care whether you’re on “top” or on “bottom”. It’s “fucking” either way to me.
Of course, that’s just me with my unpopular notions about sex, right down to counting anal sex (and oral sex) as sex in the first place unlike quite a few Americans.

However, I’m not sure if it has anything to do with him being a Capcom fan, at least explicitly for much of it. And given how pretty much half of the “discussion” in P4:A seems to be people bitching about scrubs about one thing or another, he’s hardly the only one.
This isn’t to say that there aren’t some legitimate complaints, but basically this is just the usual reminder that humanity will never be satisfied with anything, much less 100% satisfied.
