All you need to do is split the McDouble in half, and put the McChicken between them. Eat. Sex in your mouth. Do not try if you have a heart condition or trying to lose weight.
It makes the bland taste of McChickens SUPER godlike.
Hell most McD’s I know have employees that know how to do it so if you go up to the counter and ask for a McGangbang, you get exactly that.
funny thing is alot of times if a sandwich is big wit kids it eventually actually gets made. i remember when that triple burger bacon thing at wendy used to be a “secret” burger.
