I haven’t seen it, but it’s probably more of the same BS that has been going on for decades now. If you want to react, say it with your wallet. Don’t buy their stuff.
Almost over, but finally, something we on SHORYUKEN have heard of: Poverty bootleg no man french fry indie change the universe infinite do whatever you want fighting game.
“Jails” in a very loose term are looking more like cattle slaughterhouses, or holding pens. That’s a good one on it, even if it ties into a lot of other things in a vicious cycle. Money kickbacks that the police then depended on tie directly into how many people they put in jail, and it doesn’t go towards improving facilities.
Cut corners everywhere private prison system so top admins can get all the money is another basically corrupt system of things.
Another documentary somewhere went into how you cannot be jailed for being poor, according to constitution/law but this happened to some people, one lady, for even a mistaken identity. Someone else’s debt. Scary thought, which was the start of that documentary, how private prisons look to jail people 1st, ask questions or sort it out later in the name of making money-for profit enterprise they don’t have to answer to anybody. Especially in line with the Olympics which stories come out every time about being jailed for being an undesirable, or stain on the country, people rounded up.
In Atlanta, people were jailed in a Greyhound Bus station very close to the stadiums, and it was never explained why.
