I’m liking most of MP’s post because I’m just glad that he is finally having fun. Personally I’d just be concerned with trying to help my friend sort out any confusion, questions, issues and be supportive. Hazing and teasing would be a side act, but made clear to be in good fun and not a direct attack (which this appears to be).
