Gonna make some steak this weekend, and I can’t find any sides to place with it. I don’t want to do something standard like potatoes, or asparagus. Maybe I’ll make a mango salsa to bed the steak, and I’m going to make a spicy aioli for the steak itself.
I need ideas. I suck at pairing sides with a main dish.
