I do it during my shift. I have a tri monitor setup at work, so I can either give SRK its own window, or just keep it on one of my many tabs open. I can talk to a customer, and when they get boring or I wait for them to do something that should be simple but they keep fucking it up (boot to safe mode, load specific program/website, think for themselves) I can just pop by here and and be bombarded by gif’s.

I don’t see the $40K as a huge issue IMHO. Capcom makes 100’s of millions per year, 40K is nothing.
They should spend the money internally on some decent QA practices rather than fire fighting with multiple updates and patches afterwards.
That would be more cost effective as well.
