Reminds me to write a long post on “theory fighter.” I wanna know how recently people saw Eva, because I’m pretty sure that a lot of the hate towards it comes from people who haven’t given it a second look. Your collective hatred for Eva is more overhyped than Eva itself; your venom for it has less sting than tequila.
I have seen Eva 3 times over the last 10 years, the last time being 2 years ago when i did a Gainax marathon. It’s shit. That company has such better shows.
I just received a text saying Spike Lee is remaking Oldboy. How long has this been going on? Fuck that shit.
Evangelion is so bad that it is one of a few things I’ve willfully tried to erase from my memory. The only thing I remember is a piece of one of the worst episodes which featured the most forced and ineffectual suspense I’ve ever witnessed in my life. It was an angel “hacking” the computers while the characters screamed how many layers it was breaking.
Evangelion is the reason you have to be wary of anyone recommending an anime series. Fuck that show.
They should’ve used Gibsons. Those are unhackable.

Evangelion rancor in the Lounge thread… nothing new here 
So, I found out recently that I’ve been chosen participate in a high-profile 3-way exhibition Tekken 6 match in which the winner gets an automatic seed into an even higher profile 8-Man Invitational $1000 tournament. This exhibition goes down at NEC, on Saturday night.

SO many awesome things happen as you progress in Saint’s Row 3… unbelievable… I just reached the part where a special task force is deployed into the city to try stamping out the gang problem…those guys rolled in with some serious heat. “Business has damn sure picked up!” as Jim Ross from WWE would say. I had to actually take a break for awhile just to reflect on what happened. I really should be recording this stuff… perhaps next play-thru would have be recorded onto something, even if it’s an old VHS tape. I’m at about 35-ish hours now with 62% completion.
*I forgot until just now that I still had the police uniform…with the skin options and how messed up you can make the character’s face, Maniac Cop should definitely be a possible creation. It’s probably a safe bet to say this is my absolute favorite game of the year. It’s like you’re the main character in this incredible, classic action movie, complete with the catchphrases and one wild scene after another, along with some hilarious moments…and even “buddy cop action movie” moments if you do the co-op.

Lol at someone having to ask how fanboys & fangirls ruin everything when the word “fan” is derived straight from “fanatic”. It gets pretty damn tiresome when people keep shoving it in your face how “great” something is and how it’s “the best” of anything ever, no matter what it is.
