Bad bet on a football game, this holiday?
Got damn please don’t tell me you bet on the Lions or something.
I want to write a rebuttal to that article on balance. Lets see if I actually do!
You wont.

graphic design slavery
Perfect for a black graphic designer.
(We now take a break from our chapter to have a word with our sponsors.)
I know I’ve said a lot of negative things about James Bond and I still don’t like the guy/franchise because he is both a terrible spy and a gigantic slut–sorry, not even Connery gets an exemption here–that only manages to live half of the time, despite all the STDs he must have accumulated, because of Q’s gadgetry. I’m still waiting for a movie where Q just utterly fucks him over on purpose.
That said, I will admit that the intros to his movies tend to be interesting and entertaining, even for the ones that seems to have horrible plots, which is arguably all of them, though I obviously haven’t gone of my way to watch many. Live and Let Die came on at 10:00 P.M. (since apparently Syfy’s been showing them since yesterday) and the introduction to that one is similarly well-done. Just some of idle note that I’d forget otherwise.
I wasn’t making a distinction between the two there, hence why I left it ambiguous; they’re both great IMO. Not a fan of the CGI one that’s currently on?
Kinda goes without saying. Although, now that you’ve mentioned it, you have of course summoned Million to start talking about the R.E.G.I.S.

…Hmmm…now that you mention, I do vaguely remember seeing something with the name and art style in comic book form years ago…and utterly ignoring it. Not because I didn’t think it was uninteresting, but because I was getting out of American comics at the time.
I imagine that it only got its launch because, as I mentioned, it’s related to Ben 10, which has proven itself rather successful, probably because (unlike the current series, unfortunately) the initial series of that was quite good.
It’s why I’m glad that Generator Rex is doing well for itself: I feel like it’s the spiritual successor of what Ben 10 should have turned into in the broadest sense instead of what “we” got with Alien Force, which seems quite ill-conceived.
As for cartoons being more “expensive” than comics, they doubtless are. However, American comics as a whole tend to be floundering (at least for the big two–I’m not sure about indie comics) and American cartoons are finally getting some respect even if a lot of people bemoan how we’re passed the “golden age” of cartoons (and everything else). I mean, even just a while ago, JLU and Teen Titans were wildly populated compared to the utterly mediocre performance of DC’s comics as a whole. So, in a way, it’s not really surprising since while there’s more risk in terms of expensive, there’s far more reward than comics currently allow for if it succeeds.
I’m gonna have to go with “nope”, here.
More importantly, what happened to your reverse centaur avatar? Don’t make me start wearing it. I like my Leona & Heidern one and I wouldn’t want poor just_prime to think that I’m cheating on him.
*Reminded of the glory that was Megas XLR. runs off to hunt down Torrent.
Daniel Craig doesn’t have a Q Branch. Casino Royal has a great plot by the way. Him being a bad spy is even part of the plot.
Front page articles should be integrated into the forums the way they used to be. It would be better for promoting actual discussion, I think. Comment sections usually have a different vibe than message boards. Or roll comment tree style.
(Hmm…I’m forgetting something now. Sigh. What was it…?)
Nah, I’d rather keep that cesspool that is frontpage comments sections its own cancerous universe than absorbing it back into the forums, which already has its own problems.
Hunh. I see. I’ll keep it mind, I guess.
For some reason, something about Daniel Craig really throws/puts me off in general even though I know nothing about him still.
That may change though…cause Ben Wishsaw is going to play Q in Skyfall.
And Q is younger than Bond.
Wonder how that will work…
So why are the Occupy X movements still going on? It’s a complete waste of time and a joke. They aren’t getting anything done, and aren’t trying to get anything done. It was a decent idea at first, but it’s all turned into a load of shit.
The most productive thing I’ve ever heard anything of the Occupy movements do is falsely accuse a cousin of mine of dognapping.
I dropped it because I think it was turning me into a troll. I’m kinda looking for a new AV but not too hard.

OWS is weird because at first it wasn’t getting any news, and now it still isn’t getting any news. You hear about it, yeah, but not in the same way that you’d hear about white girls missing. I don’t know how successful it is or isn’t, I don’t know how many people are at the protests or if they are gaining or losing people, no comment from politicians on it no nothing. Is it really Not News or is it a coverup?
A good mixture of both. They have no leader or clear set of goals so it’s sorta no news. Just a bunch of pissed off people. But then the news are owned by organizations which own the government so it’s not getting proper coverage either.
Frankly the news has become the Picus Network from Deus Ex Revolution. Fake as fuck.
ONE MORE FUCKING SHITTY ARTICLE! This forums will run red with the blood of pricks, pseudo intellectuals and every other arguementatively challenged person who decided it was ok to give those fuckers any type of soapbox.
I’ll do a The Damned style post later. But for now, I have the nice hobby of ripping people so many assholes they’ll walk around like abandoned shit mines.
Lord of the rings trilogy on encore now, never seen all 3 straight through, and I’m probably not today either since twin towers is just starting now at 2:00 am.
007 is Her Majesty’s blunt instrument. More of a thug than a suave spy, though the movies conflate the two to various degrees.
This guy on Food Network had the last name “Gayheimer”. I kind of wish the people on the show would acknowledge it.
