I still don’t even understand why DC seems so damned obsessed with Barbara Gordon as Batgirl. I mean, I like Babs and all, but it’s kinda…disconcerting how they seem unwilling to let anyone else be Batgirl despite the fact that in-comics, Barbara wasn’t for like two decades. You can’t even use the usual “they’re not ready for a non-white [Insert Legacy Character Here]” given Stephanie’s whiter than Barbara, what with being blond and all.
