There were a slew of teenagers posting their generic input like “body bags” or “death to towel heads” among other extremely ignorant posts. A woman that seemed to be in her 40s posted on there as well. Her paragraph or two input was exactly what you’d expect from an older woman who has lived in Kansas her whole life. “We know who our allies are, and who our enemies are. We have proven that we are not to be messed with.” etc etc. Just a bunch of “Murrica kicks ASS” stuff.

I posted after that saying “Peace of mind for the ignorant.” A 17 year old kid posted after, blatantly laughing at her post and commenting on it. I forget what he said. So this woman posts again. “You sound just like every other teenager who has never had to work for anything in their life. Come back to me when you’re a little older, kiddies”. Turns out she was talking to me. When I didn’t respond she posted again. “Hit a little too close to home for you, Nathan?”

“Hmm? Not at all. In fact, it missed my home so much that it crash landed in a field in Pennsylvania”. Hoping that would be the end of it, I stopped responding. My friend deleted the status because a lot of people were just being complete assholes to her.

I get a text yesterday from a friend of mine.
