I’ve been beating my head up against this for a while. I figured I’d let the experts have a shot at it.
This is your chance to help design the new header image to be shown on SRK.com! Here are the rules:
Update! I’ve updated the template with the final palette. Hope you like black!

[]The header will be a banner that stretches across the entire length of the site.
[]Your design should work well with the template below, which shows the future overall color palette for SRK. You don’t have to use those colors, sometimes contrast is good.
[]Max 230 pixels tall. Your design should work for any width between 600 to 2000 pixels, since the page will resize with the browser.
[]You must use the SRK logo. You can resize the logo posted below if you want.
[]Copyright images are ok. So you can use SF art or whatever.
[]Animations, are not ok.
[]Please post your submission in a non-lossy format. PNG works best.

Reward: Fame, an all around good feeling, and 20 contrib points. What’s a contrib point? You’ll find out later, but 20 is a whole lot of them.
The winner of this contest forfeits rights to the winning entry to me. I may modify your design to accommodate the particulars of the new site design. If no entry is appropriate for the new site, there will be no winner declared.
