A caster undoes ONE action in the past round. If Fuuma flurries on his ass, the caster can only undo one of those. If he goes beyond that the spell does what it wants and he has no real control over it.

Cormano isn’t just a “classic cowboy opponent”, he has a higher body count than polio and dual wields two auto shotguns that never run out of ammo. Not only that, but unlike Hunk he is very agile and has a standing vertical that is high enough to get to the 2nd story of buildings. Hunk has managed to stay alive versus a bunch of sickly diseased malnourished villagers but as soon as Cormano slides into the battlefield it’s gonna be curtains. Hunks style of “stand in one spot to slowly aim at people” may work on zombies, but against Cormanos run and gun style it’s gonna prove fatal.
Anyone who has played an fps knows, standing in one spot is a bad idea, and since Cormano never runs out of bullets he doesn’t have to worry about neck snaps because he’ll never be that close.
History? Sure, I support that. Anime nerds idolizing a historical person as a red-haired Bob Marley? No thanks. At least D&D makes no qualms over being nerdy and fake, while anime kids are jerking off to a ginger Dee Jay while yelling, “IT IS HISTORYYYY.”

There is such a thing as Contingency though: he could have that set up in advance. Contingencies go off as free/immediate actions, so Lan does have a point. Honestly, a Magic User nee 3.5 Wizard is on some Batman shit. Optimizers call Wizards playing Batman. If they don’t call it playing God, of course. Shit’s broke, but Lantis wasn’t paying attention.
