Yeah, I imagine the final boss is going to be designed as a gatekeeper. First boss was designed to break down trust, 2nd and 3rd made it in everyone’s best interests to attack the boss together before. I doubt the 4th and/or 5th bosses will continue that trend of cooperation, that would encourage players to work together at endgame when the existence of the role that wins by “beating the game” would otherwise make them extremely wary.
