Question for everyone. I have a lil over a thousand dollars in disposable cash. I want to invest it towards learning game design and or programming. Would it be best to invest in another computer that is solely for game design projects? Or work with my current laptop and invest in books on those subjects?
i wish. i did it by hand. took forever.
i tried to find a “pixelator” type filter as you say…but i couldnt find one.
besides. i doubt a filter wouldve created the blocking that i needed.
i used infinite painter to create the pixel brush…which was essentially a square. that i lassoed…wait i’ll show you.
i drew a square. then lassoed it. changed some of the settings to the brush. and it would create lines of squares. the background took forever though cuz i couldnt figure out how to make that pattern the first painting has. i was doing it wrong.
It depends on the country/state. I’m pretty sure that in most states blocking traffic for no reason is against the law(such as assembling illegal on a freeway). Pedestrians do have right of way, even way jaywalking. But that gif is blatantly just standing in the road obstructing a forward path, which is blocking traffic.
Even if he is just trying to make that guy acknowledge the crosswalk lines, if he were to be run over with his excuse being “I’m trying to make him respect traffic laws”, it wouldn’t do him any favors as he as no grounds upon which to be enforcing traffic law as a mere civilian, and so he has no business doing so
