PS3 here. Part of the reason is because Evo standard is PS3, but most of the reason is because 360s will be dedicated to SSF4.
Its too bad they are only using PS3. I’ve heard Marvel runs poorly on them.
Ps3 is terrible for mvc3. It lags pretty bad when someone uses sentinel. Sentinel vs sentinel runs at about 25 fps.

Cancel the tournament, LSG is sponsoring the Uppercut tournament, making the Vegas Vacation tournament irrelevant.
Jeff (pkrstdnt) and I have some pretty big announcements to make for all the Tournament Directors that are a part of the ‘UPPER’-Cut Circuit (UCC) at our major May 6th-8th. We will be having a Tournament Directors’ meeting the night of the 6th. We have some huge plans and a lot of really neat things fall into our lap.
Trust me when I say…you do NOT want to miss this if you are a tournament organizer!!!
Also, all TO’s that are part of UCC get their venue fees waived and some other surprises as well!!!
As always, thanks to you and Jeff for doing some big things for the Southwest. Hope we can support you in any way possible.
Also, as to the previous discussion on what console we’re running Marvel on, we’ve decided to switch to 360.
Sorry about not checking back. I’m planning on a major gaming tournament on that weekend. Fighting games and FPS games tournaments will be going on that weekend. It’ll take place during the Texas Comic Con. I’m still working on some final details and will have something ready to announce by the end of the month. Let me know if you need some more info.
